great place for families but minor room issues

The studio was impressively spacious, providing ample room for our family. The children's playroom and pool kept my 17-month-old entertained throughout our stay.

The premium studio was super clean and spacious, and having a fully equipped kitchenette was a lifesaver during our long stay. We loved spending time by the lovely pool and checking out the gym, which had great equipment. The only downside was the working chair not being comfy for using my laptop, but overall it was a fantastic experience! 😊

Had a fantastic time during my 3-night stay! The spacious room provided a great sea view and was perfect for my family. The staff took extra care to ensure our cakes were kept safe, and the breakfast selection had delicious options that changed daily. The nearby park was a hit with the kids, and we enjoyed leisurely walks along Gurney Drive, which was filled with food stalls and shopping.

The two-bedroom apartment featured a stunning sea view and was well-equipped with essentials for our family. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, adding convenience, while the spacious living area and facilities like a washer-dryer made our stay comfortable. However, the location was less than ideal, as the nearest mall required a 25-minute walk, and options for dining and shopping were limited without a vehicle.

our stay at ascott was amazing! the staff welcomed us warmly and ensured our cakes were safe until we returned. our 2-bedroom premier room was spacious, clean, and had a breathtaking sea view. the breakfast was delightful with a good variety that changed daily. we also loved the room service, especially the satay!

I loved staying here because it's just a short walk to both the beautiful Church of the Immaculate Conception and the vibrant Gurney Paragon Mall, making exploring easy and enjoyable, especially with the room's amazing ocean view making every return to my room feel like a treat.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and an infinity pool. The staff even helped me find my lost bracelet on my first stay. Highly recommend it!

I was blown away by the stunning views from my 32nd-floor room, overlooking the sparkling ocean on one side and the vibrant city on the other! The spacious Studio Premier room had a fabulous kitchenette where I could whip up my favorites. Plus, the inviting infinity pool was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring!

The Studio Premier King City View provides a stellar panorama of the city, complemented by spacious accommodations and two air conditioning units to handle Malaysia's humidity. The kitchenette is a nice touch, allowing for convenient dining options with the abundance of local takeaway choices nearby.

The British standard sockets aren't the most convenient for travelers with US or Euro plugs, though free adapters are available upon request. There’s no signage indicating the kiblat direction, which could be beneficial. Additionally, the breakfast lacks variety and quality, falling short of expectations for a place like this. On a minor note, the absence of basic dining utensils in the kitchenette slightly diminishes the lovely potential of the space.

i stayed here for 4 nights with my family and it exceeded my expectations! the connection to gurney walk mall was super convenient. The generous room size was a big plus. breakfast at the bakery cafe was absolutely delicious with fresh pastries every morning.

Just a heads up, the elevators can be slow especially during busy hours. But overall, it’s a great place to unwind after a day of adventures. Highly recommend it for a fun getaway!

We had a little hiccup with the lift situation during our stay. waiting 15-25 minutes for a ride was a bit frustrating. It can throw off your plans, especially if you’re in a hurry.
